Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ICC Shop (shop.icc.com.bd), including purchases, seller activities, and other platform interactions. By using ICC Shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies linked on the website. Please read them before using the platform.

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Some ICC Shop features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account details secure, and take responsibility for activity carried out through your account.

• Provide accurate personal or business information.
• Keep your login details confidential and secure.
• Notify ICC Shop promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You may use ICC Shop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the policies published on the website. You must not disrupt the platform, mislead or harm other users, or interfere with its security or operation.

• Do not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not misuse reviews, ratings, messaging, or other platform features.
• Do not attempt to interfere with platform security or operations.
• ICC Shop does not display third-party advertisements.

3. Product Listings, Descriptions & Availability

Product information, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product pages and may change. ICC Shop requires sellers to provide accurate product information and keep stock details up to date.

• Product pages must clearly show stock quantity or status.
• Out-of-stock products must be marked as unavailable or out of stock.
• Product-specific return conditions or exclusions must be displayed on the product page before purchase.
• If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, ICC Shop or the seller will contact the customer about cancellation and any applicable refund.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoices

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed during the order process. Payment must be made using an available payment method and in accordance with that method’s requirements.

• Promotions, seller terms, or product availability may affect displayed prices.
• Prepaid orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Cash-on-delivery orders may be subject to order confirmation.
• Invoices or receipts will be provided through the platform or the applicable order channel.

5. Orders, Fulfilment & Delivery

ICC Shop or the relevant seller will process accepted orders subject to product availability and successful order confirmation.

• Expected delivery is within 5 days inside Dhaka and 10 days outside Dhaka.
• Delivery may be affected by exceptional circumstances or courier and logistics issues. ICC Shop will provide order support and updates where available.
• An order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or cannot be fulfilled. Any prepaid amount will be refunded under the ICC Shop Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the ICC Shop Return & Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy and any product-specific conditions before placing an order.

• Eligible return requests must be submitted within the return window stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
• Cancellation is free before an order is dispatched. Requests made after dispatch are handled under the return and delivery-charge rules in that policy.
• For eligible, approved refund claims, ICC Shop will complete the refund within 7–10 working days after approval. Where a return is required, the claim is reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Applicable delivery and return-shipping charges depend on the reason for cancellation or return, as stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Seller Responsibilities & Conduct

Sellers using ICC Shop must follow platform rules, provide accurate product and stock information, fulfil accepted orders as promised, and cooperate fairly in resolving customer claims.

• Keep product descriptions, prices, and stock status accurate.
• Mark products unavailable when they are out of stock.
• Fulfil orders within the delivery time shown to customers.
• Cooperate with ICC Shop in resolving valid return, refund, or delivery claims.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Content on ICC Shop, including text, images, logos, and digital materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission from the rights holder.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

ICC Shop handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with sellers, delivery partners, payment providers, or service providers when needed to fulfil orders, process payments, provide support, protect platform security, or meet legal requirements. ICC Shop is responsible for customer information it shares with third parties and will handle that information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ICC Shop may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account if it is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in serious violation of these Terms or other platform policies. ICC Shop will take reasonable steps to address account issues and protect users and the platform.

11. Responsibilities & Limitations

Sellers are responsible for accurate product listings, stock information, and fulfilment of their accepted orders. ICC Shop provides platform and customer-support services and will handle order issues in accordance with its published policies. Delays caused by circumstances outside ICC Shop’s reasonable control may occur; ICC Shop will provide support and updates where available. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibilities stated in the Privacy Policy or Return & Refund Policy, or limits rights provided by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

ICC Shop may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, its services, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
